Operation Dawn Taiwan presently has 13 work stations:
Yonghe Administration Center, Yonghe Men/Women Halfway Houses,
Miaoli Rehab. Center, Taidong Rehab. Center, Tainan Aftercare Guidance Center, Miaoli Youth Rehab. Center, Shuangxi Rehab. Center, Hukou Rehab. Center,
HIV Drug Rehab. Center, Women Rehab. Center, Disciple Training Center, and Vocational Guidance Center.

Yonghe Administration Center
Manage all the administration affairs, finance, propaganda, and guidance.

Yonghe Men/Women Halfway Houses
Provide lodging for members who have returned to society to work from the Drug Rehab Centers.

Miaoli Rehab. Center

Mr. Lian-ji He, a church member and a junk collector,
donated a land of 3 hectares in Miaoli to Operation Dawn in 1989
to build up a Drug Rehab Center with the mode of a mixture of farm, school, and family.
An approach of church shepherding is applied to help male drug addicts quit drugs within one and a half years.
This Center has a capacity of 23 inmates.

Taidong Rehab. Center

Operation Dawn purchased a land of one hectare in Beinan, Taidong County in December 1990. This property has been used to build up a Drug Rehab Center with some dorm rooms and two halls of each having 330 sq meters for gathering. This Center has a capacity of 24 inmates.

Tainan Aftercare Guidance Center
 
Operation Dawn and Taiwan Aftercare Association signed a contract in May 1996 to set up the Tainan Aftercare Guidance Center. This Center, which has a capacity of 20 inmates, accepts the offenders who are on parole with the goal of assisting them to go through the rehab after they leave prisons.

Miaoli Youth Rehab. Center
Set up in 2000, this work station with a capacity of 12 inmates operates to provide guidance for teenagers.

Shuangxi Rehab. Center

An inmate’s father who was deeply moved by what Operation Dawn had done donated a land of 2 hectares in Shuangxi, Taipei County to Operation Dawn in 2002 for building up a Drug Rehab Center. This Center has a capacity of 10 inmates.

  Hukou Rehab. Center

A couple of church members temporarily lent Operation Dawn his factory of 4,620 sq meters in Hukou. This Center started operating in 2003 and has a capacity of 13 inmates.

HIV Drug Rehab. Center
With the tremendous increase of HIV-infected drug addicts, there is an urgent need to care and help them. This center began in July 2005 by Operation Dawn and to provide HIV-infected drug users with a residential style environment, medical service(cooperate with NTU Hospital), biblical teaching to help them quit drug use. This Center has a capacity of 10 inmates.

Women Rehab. Center

This Center has started to help female drug addicts since 1986. Operation Dawn purchased on loan an apartment of 142 sq meters on the top floor of a building in July 2001. This Center has a capacity of 10 inmates.

 


Disciple Training Center

Since set up in July 1996 till July 2005, there have been 17 students completing their training course. The 10th term of enrolling new students will begin in September 2005.

Vocational Guidance Center
This Center started in woodcarving in Hukou Center in 2003 and moved to Yonghe in 2004.
Items guided include: publishing, selling boxed lunches, and woodcarving.
